Today is March 13, 2006

July 14 Power Point for Article 1. This project was not very difficult for me at all because I had someone working in my group that really helped with my knowledge of Power Point. I am actually confident in my skills of reading and evaluating, so putting together the information for the power point was pretty easy. This week I have been exposed to some very nice, helpful people that have made me realize that it is not a problem to feel uncomfortable with technology, however it is a problem not to do anything about it.

2. The reading and evaluating of the article.

3. This activity helped me to pin point main ideas about assessment. It pointed out the things I do wrong and showed me how to rectify those problems.

4. I liked the idea of creating the product expectations before the process. It made so much sense as to why you should do this.

Of Learning-I give traditional tests which show understanding of basic ideas; writing assignments; oral presentations

For Learning-I use student portfolios and conferencing

As Learning-My students do a lot of peer grading, portfolio reflection, goal setting.
