The oldest animal The oldest animal is 175 and it is a turtle. No surprise. Or is it? If that turtle was born in 1830 then it might have been around with some kind of extinct animal. She lives in Australia and is taken care of very well. They feed her well. That keeps her healthy and well fit. She also had a birthday party and had cake. Can you picture a turtle eating cake? I can’t, unless I actually saw it. "I can't see why she shouldn't live 'til 200," said Steve Irwin. Wish she lives till 200 too. Don’t you?

I am amazed that the oldest animal in the world is only 175. That is very old. Don’t get me wrong, but I would think the oldest animal would be at least 200. What about you?
