Worlds first face transplant A woman in France had been badly bitten all over her face and she needed surgery. And lots of it! So much she needed a full-face transplant! Scary huh? She needed lots of counseling. Imagine if you were bitten by a dog and needed some doctor to do surgery on you but they have never never done it before. You would be risking a lot! She needed a new chin, nose, and mouth. How horrible!

If I were her I would be scared to death if someone was operating on me and it has never been done before. Wouldn’t you? Well, this woman was risking her life. She did not have to get this face transplant. But she did and I bet right know she is walking around proud and glad she is alive and beautiful even if some people might think she isn’t.
