World's first face transplant
This article is about a 38-year-old lady in France who’s face was hurt by a dog. Then, the doctors take the nose, chin, and mouth of someone else and put them on her so she could live. But she still has some of her old face, so she doesn’t look too different. She now has to take a lot of drugs to make sure that her body adjusts to her new features.
I think that it is amazing that doctors can actually take someone’s face and put it on another person. I think that that lady is very lucky that they could do this because otherwise the lady would have died. I feel so happy for the lady.
