Today is May 13, 2006

love as a note to human society
these are the things i've wanted to say
for now, i hope they linger beyond this day
because what i say
i want to stay
because i'm here for the love
and i hope you are too
so let's love and be merry
as our speeches fill with "i love yous"
because my friend
it may one day end
and wouldn't you wish to be happy
and not feeling crappy
because you one day wished to be sappy
so just let be and love
and let it fall from above
because if you're like me
you want it to be free
for all of our sakes
say grace
and give thanks
that somewhere love is to be found
because my friend
it is all around.
